Native American Industrial Solutions, LLC (NAIS) provides services to federal, state, and local government organizations, often supporting sensitive and mission-critical programs. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contract requirements, NAIS conducts background investigations and, where required, security clearance verifications for applicants and employees.

All employment with NAIS is at-will unless otherwise stated in a written agreement signed by an authorized company representative. This means that either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.
