We support the decennial census IT integration and design efforts – the acquisition, design, and integration of the enterprise software and hardware systems used in its network operation suites deploying to all states within the continental United States for the Census occurring in 2020.
Defense Health Agency – DOEHRS-HC Tier III Data Maintenance Support – $1,800,000, Ongoing.
We provide comprehensive IT support across the DOEHRS-HC enterprise – including systems analysis and integration, database design and management, security testing and maintenance, and quality assurance – to ensure the stand alone and web-based applications, and reporting capabilities, are available to the worldwide user community.
U.S. Military Academy, West Point, G6, OCIO – Cable Infrastructure Survey & Mapping – $1,230,000, Ongoing.
We are providing cable infrastructure survey and GIS mapping services to map the entire cable infrastructure for West Point and its outposts and training areas, using ArcGIS Desktop Pro to provide a GDB file map for all categories of aerial and underground cables as well as each manhole, pole, building, vault, and pedestal.

LEADERSHIP
Dr. Jeremy Meyers is President of NAIS.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 2012 as a Signal Corps and Foreign Area Officer. Jeremy is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point and has a PhD in mathematical logic from Stanford University. His areas of concentration are computability theory, spatial logic, and Boolean algebra. Between 2009 and 2014, Dr. Meyers was an invited speaker to many professional academic venues in both the United States and Europe to include the prestigious IEEE symposium in mathematical logic. He is a proud American Indian and member of the Santa Rosa Band of Cahuilla Indians, a federally recognized tribe in the San Jacinto Mountains of southern California.
Josh Carlisle, our Chief Operating Officer (COO), joins NAIS with over 20 years of service to the USArmy and has spearheaded numerous missions across various complex organizations. In logistics, he led distribution management, in-transit visibility, and multi-modal logistics analysis operations in the U.S., Germany, and Turkey. In 2002-2003 he served as a military advisor in Sierra Leone and in 2010-2011 he advised Afghan Police in Laghman and Paktika Provinces. At US Army North, he was the Commanding General’s speechwriter and lead military planner in the Commander’s Action Group. He holds a BS from the US Military Academy and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
